Market Entry Validation Sprint

Find the Market Signals Worth Building Around.

A 4–8 week validation program for technology companies that need to identify the right overseas audience, refine the market-facing message, understand user behavior, and improve the path to paid conversion.

Paid media and KOL / creator testing provide the traffic and market response. BeFound connects those signals with product experience and conversion evidence.

When to use this program

When to Use the Validation Sprint

Use this engagement when the product is ready to test but the market-entry assumptions are not yet strong enough to support a larger growth commitment.

01

You are entering a new country or region

You need evidence that the product, audience, and value proposition transfer into the target market.

02

You do not yet know the best audience

Several segments appear plausible, but current data does not show which one responds with qualified intent or stronger product behavior.

03

Acquisition and product data are disconnected

You can see clicks or sign-ups, but not how campaign source, user behavior, activation, and payment relate.

04

The conversion path needs diagnosis

Users show interest but fail to understand, activate, subscribe, purchase, or continue through the intended journey.

What we test

Four connected questions.

Audience

Which user groups respond with qualified intent, meaningful product behavior, and stronger commercial potential?

Message

Which problem, use case, value proposition, and creative angle make the product easiest to understand and act on?

Experience

What do users do after arrival, where does comprehension or activation weaken, and which product moments indicate value?

Conversion

Where does the path from first exposure to sign-up, activation, trial, checkout, subscription, or payment lose momentum?

Working rhythm

From diagnosis to market decision.

  1. 01Week 1

    Diagnose and prepare

Confirm the market question, audience hypotheses, messaging, measurement, accounts, assets, creator criteria, and campaign plan.

  2. 02Weeks 2–3

    Launch and establish baseline

Launch paid media, begin KOL / creator outreach and activations, validate tracking, and establish initial acquisition and behavior patterns.

  3. 03Weeks 4–6

    Compare and improve

Refine audiences, messages, creative, creator fit, landing experience, activation, and conversion based on observed behavior.

  4. 04Weeks 7–8

    Confirm and decide

Where an extended sprint is required, confirm repeatability, consolidate the evidence, and prepare the final market decision and roadmap.

The recommended duration depends on campaign budget, conversion volume, product cycle, KOL / creator lead time, and the number of hypotheses being tested.
